Every time I have my car serviced, I am treated with respect. Other dealership in the past have treated me like a dumb female. I may not know how to fix my car but I do know when a service person is trying to sell me repairs that my car does not need. Mike Savoie dealership service people all treat me with respect. They look up what services I have had and what my car needs and let me make the decision as to what services I want done. I went in one time and needed windshield wiper blades and the part area was not open yet and one of the service people got them himself and put them on my car. I would and do recommend this dealership.

This is to commend the service department for their excellent service on my Impala on Oct. 24, 2001. The car would not start two times in October, once when we were in East Lansing. I brought it in to Mike Savoie's. They diagnosed the problem quickly, drove me home and had my car ready by 11:00 a.m. There was no service fee. My Cruz broke down "too many" miles away from the dealership I originally purchased from and I was towed to Mike Savoie Chevrolet. Brian Iseler was AMAZING. He put me at ease and assured me that they would take care of me regardless of the fact I did not purchase there. My car had to stay a few nights for some TLC and Brian went above and beyond for me. The regular Enterprise Rent a Car was closed because it was so late in the day. Brian called around and found an Enterprise right down the street that was OPEN had ONE vehicle left for me. I was so happy I hugged Brian. He arranged a ride for me and off I went.Its good to know that there are great people and businesses who actually still practice "Customer First".
